## Notice

This procurement exercise is being conducted by The City and County of Swansea ('the Council') on behalf of the wider public sector in Wales to establish a Framework Agreement (Agreement) split into 3 lots.The Council invites Tenders for the purpose of establishing a Framework Agreement for certain Services/Works more particularly described in the Specification.

### Lot Information

LOT 1 - Asbestos Survey/ Inspection

The Services will surveying and inspection for asbestos and associated services. This will include surveying and inspection for asbestos (and associated services) in a variety of buildings and at various locations. The abovementioned Works and Services will not include the testing, or removal of asbestos as these will be subject to separate framework arrangements.

Renewal: Up to 24 months

LOT 2 - Asbestos Testing/ Analytical Services

The Services will cover testing for asbestos and associated services. This will include testing for asbestos (and associated services) in a variety of buildings and at various locations. The abovementioned Works and Services will not include the surveying, or removal of asbestos as these will be subject to separate framework arrangements.

Renewal: Up to 24 months

LOT 3 - (HSE) Asbestos Removal

The Services will cover asbestos removal and associated services. This will include the removal of asbestos (and associated services) from a variety of buildings and at various locations. The abovementioned Works and Services will not include the testing, surveying of asbestos as these will be subject to separate framework arrangements.
