Following a review of these services Torbay are now seeking to procure an externally commissioned Provider to deliver high quality independent Advocacy Services for Children and Young People. The service will have three distinct areas of delivery: * Advocacy for children and young people on a Child Protection Plan or who are Cared for aged 8 - 18 years or Care Experienced young people up to the age of 25 years.
