### Lot Information

Lot 1

Provision of outsourced bariatric surgery within Somerset for up to 20 patients. 10 patients by 31/10/25 and potentially up to a further 10 patients by 31/12/25 (or sooner). Procedures include Allurion Balloon placement and Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass. Additional information: The Trust intends to outsource surgical treatment for bariatric patients in the short-term to reduce waiting lists. This notice is an intention to award a contract under the PSR Most Suitable Provider process. The total lifetime value of this contract is approximately PS150,000.00. The Trust does not currently have a contract in place for this service. The Trust has used the selected provider in the past. Contract start: 22 September 2025 Contract end: 21 December 2025
