The Council is aiming to procure a solution which will deliver and future proof the current functionality and additionally provide flexibility to exploit the use of new technology where this provides benefit to the business, in relation to installation, upgrade and ongoing provision/rental of reliable, low-latency point to point fibre circuits to support Leicester City Council's Traffic & Public Space and Housing CCTV inventory.
