## Summary

The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine has announced a planned procurement process under the Logistics Framework. This procurement falls under the services category and involves setting up a framework agreement for logistics services, including courier and warehousing, with multiple suppliers. The services are to cater to both UK and international locations, and the framework is divided into four separate lots. As the process is currently in the planning stage, interested parties should note deadlines such as the enquiry period ending on 21st September 2026 and the tender period ending on 9th October 2026. The total estimated value of the procurement is £7,000,000 GBP. The open procurement method highlights a competitive and flexible procedure suitable for various providers.

This tender provides an excellent opportunity for businesses operating in logistics, courier services, and storage solutions, particularly those looking to expand their reach into international markets. Suppliers capable of handling specific logistical requirements, including the transportation of hazardous and biological materials, are well-positioned to compete. The framework allows SMEs and VCSEs to participate and compete for contracts in at least three of the four lots, offering potential business growth through partnerships and expanded service operations. The framework's inclusiveness of domestic and international coverage further provides a platform for businesses to enhance their service delivery and operational capacity globally.
