## Summary

Network Rail Infrastructure Limited, headquartered in London, is planning a procurement process for "Accident and Claim Management" services, under a competitive flexible procedure. The focus of this procurement is on managing incidents for Network Rail's national fleet of vehicles, with the aim of improving service efficiency and reducing emissions. This project is currently at the planning stage, with the notice published on 17th October 2025. The anticipated procurement process includes an expression of interest deadline on 9th January 2026 and could last up to eight years, starting from 1st August 2026 including potential extensions. The procurement falls under the services category and is particularly relevant to vehicle-fleet management services across the UK.

This tender provides substantial opportunities for businesses involved in vehicle-fleet management services. It seeks suppliers who can offer robust incident management, repair services, and claims handling, as well as driver support. With an emphasis on minimising vehicle downtime and providing comprehensive nationwide coverage, the tender is well-suited for businesses with a proven track record in safety, social value, and efficient service delivery. Small and medium-sized enterprises as well as voluntary, community and social enterprises are encouraged to participate, offering a chance to engage with a major public sector entity and increase market presence.
