## Summary

NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is currently in the planning stage of a procurement process for commissioning a Primary Medical Services Special Allocation Scheme for the regions of North East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire. This process is being conducted under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Interested providers must express their interest through the Atamis e-procurement portal by 29 September 2025. The contract is valued at approximately £263,002 and is expected to run from 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2028, with the possibility of a two-year extension.

This tender provides a substantial opportunity for providers specialising in primary care services, particularly those with experience in special allocation schemes. Suitable businesses will possess a current contract for delivering Primary Care Medical Services and hold valid CQC registration. Additionally, they should ensure their healthcare professionals are registered with relevant bodies such as the General Medical Council and the Nursing and Midwifery Council. The procurement will benefit businesses that can deliver dignified and cost-effective primary medical care, supporting patient rehabilitation and facilitating a return to general practice registration, aligning with the project's objectives.
