## Summary

The Broomhills Pavilion Upgrade project, commissioned by Repton Parish Council, seeks to refurbish and enhance facilities at its location in Repton, United Kingdom. The procurement process is categorised under 'Repair and maintenance services of building installations' and covers multiple UK regions. The tender, initially in the 'open competition' stage, has been temporarily cancelled to update refurbishment plans as communicated on 14th October 2025. The project follows the legal basis set by the 2023 UK legislation and sought submissions by 20th October 2025 with the construction period expected from January 2026 to April 2026.

This tender presents an opportunity for businesses providing building refurbishment services, particularly those skilled in electrical, HVAC, and structural improvements, to engage with public sector work. Companies capable of delivering comprehensive building installations and refurbishments, with experience in similar public sector projects and an ability to meet strict budget and quality criteria, would find this tender beneficial for growth. Furthermore, SMEs are particularly encouraged to participate, offering them a chance to scale operations within a supportive framework. Once reissued, the tender will provide potential entrants with an expanded scope of work, including energy-efficient installations and accessibility upgrades, thus enhancing the contractor's portfolio and credibility within public sector circles.
