Oxford, Berkshire & North Hampshire Options: The Client anticipates organic growth in its development programme, which may expand to the delivery of up to 2,500 new homes per year. In line with the Procurement Act 2023, bidders are advised that the annual contract value and volume of properties may increase accordingly. Any such growth, including that arising from merger activity, is intended to be accommodated within the resulting contract. Renewal: An initial term of 5 years (extendable at the Client's sole option for a further period or periods of up to a maximum 4 years, giving a total of 9 years) Lot 2 Localities 4,5,6,7.
