## Summary

NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board has finalised the award of a contract for the provision of GP Out of Hours services in North East Lincolnshire. This contract, valued at £3,238,490, is set to run from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2027. Under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, this service will support functions including acute treatment of long-term conditions and NHS111 bookings. The contract was awarded via a direct award process without a prior call for competition, focusing on the organisation's ability to integrate and collaborate across primary and social care sectors. This award follows a tender update on 1 October 2025, confirming the process's completion.

This tender provides substantial business opportunities, particularly for companies specialising in healthcare management and service delivery. Businesses with expertise in collaborative healthcare solutions, especially those capable of integrating with existing NHS systems and providing innovative service delivery mechanisms, stand to benefit. The procurement method underscores the importance of a seamless integration approach, suggesting that firms proficient in service innovation and reducing health inequalities would perform well. Organisations looking to engage in service areas like emergency care and acute treatment will find promising growth prospects by leveraging their capabilities to meet the comprehensive service requirements outlined.
