This list is to be decided at the sole discretion of Alliance Homes. Please note that whilst the Alliance Head Office is located in Bristol the majority of the property stock is situated in Bath, North East Somerset, North Somerset & South Gloucestershire During the course of this contract Alliance will to move the renewal date to fall in line with their financial year, the end date noted for the contract is 31/03/2029 and if extended 31/03/3031. At which point in the contract this is arranged is to be decided.
