## Summary

The procurement process for an Alarm Monitoring Service is currently in the tender stage, initiated by Clarion Housing Group, a UK sub-central government public authority based in London. The contract aims to establish a comprehensive call monitoring and handling service, certified by the TEC Service Association, with an eight-year contract period starting from 1st June 2026. This service encompasses communication via various emergency and communal systems, along with an out-of-hours repair handling service. The procurement follows an open, competitive flexible procedure, with associated deadlines including an enquiry period ending on 25th November 2025 and a tender submission deadline of 15th December 2025, targeting a total contract value of £4,320,000 (gross).

This procurement represents significant business growth opportunities, particularly for organisations capable of providing high-quality alarm-monitoring and related services in line with TEC standards. It is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) keen on engaging in long-term contracts with public sector clients. Businesses with expertise in fire alarm, door entry, and lift communication systems, and those offering innovative solutions to enhance service delivery, should find this tender an appealing opportunity to expand into or deepen their engagement with the public sector. Participation will require meeting mandatory pre-qualification standards to proceed through the procurement stages, and registered suppliers will be able to submit proposals electronically in English through the specified submission platform.
