Cranbrook Town Council owns and operates the Ingrams sports pitches which feature: * an eight-wicket cricket square and outfield * a multi-use games area (MUGA) * a variety of adult and junior football pitches The site is completed by the Ingrams Pavilion with its four team changing rooms, four referee changing rooms and 90m2 social space with kitchen facilities as well as a car park with spaces for 52 cars, two coaches and bicycle parking. Cranbrook Town Council has been maintaining the playing surfaces to the standards of both the Football Association and the England Cricket Board. The successful contractor will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, environmentally sensitive maintenance service of the playing surfaces.
