Building a strategic digital approach for the future - developing a strategic approach to designing and delivering our products and services which places user experience at its heart. All of this will allow us to develop a more coherent vision of digital delivery, further reduce our reliance on legacy technology, and maximise opportunities for reuse of technologies and other capabilities.
