## Summary

Buckinghamshire Council is currently in the planning stage of a public procurement process, specifically a Request for Information (RFI) for an Oral Health Promotion Service targeting early years. This initiative is anticipated to include a Supervised Toothbrushing Programme (STP), compliant with national guidelines. Based in Aylesbury, United Kingdom, under the postal code HP198FF, the council aims to gather insights from suppliers experienced in health training and community health services to refine the scope of this project. Interested parties must submit their information by 9th October 2025. The planning documents are accessible through the council’s procurement portal, with further communication expected by 31st October 2025.

This tender offers a promising opportunity for businesses skilled in early childhood health promotion and services, particularly in oral health. Suitable candidates are likely to be small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) or voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) with expertise in health training and community engagements. Successful bidders will contribute to a programme designed to enhance oral health among young children, potentially leading to long-term collaborations and the growth of their business by aligning with a significant public health initiative. The contract is slated to run from February 2026 to March 2029, providing stability and potential for further networking within the public sector.
