The current Hampshire Disabilities Day Opportunities Model (HDDOM) was developed by Hampshire County Council to address growing and evolving needs in adult social care, particularly for people with disabilities and adults who required structured daytime support. It was also developed to better safeguard, contract manage and review finances. The service has entered its final extension period and is required to be retendered to ensure Hampshire may meet the needs of its eligible residents. The new framework will be an evolution from HDDOM and will be named Hampshire Day Opportunities Framework (HDOF) and will be aligned with the Care Act 2014, aiming to meet eligible care needs by offering meaningful daytime activities that promote wellbeing, independence, and social inclusion. HDOF will be designed to provide daytime activities and support for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, older adults and people with mental health needs. The model includes: * Traditional day care centres * Vocational training * Community-based services * Specialist services for complex needs The need for these service exists because of the following factors: Support for Independent Living: * Offers structured environments that promote independence, skill-building, and social engagement. * Some individuals with disabilities or age-related conditions cannot safely remain at home alone during the day. Hampshire County Council has been holding a series of engagement events about how we intend to purchase day services from the market via the new Hampshire Day Opportunities Framework (HDOF). The Council would like to invite you to an online market engagement event on Wednesday 22nd July 1pm-3pm.

Purpose of this Market Engagement
To continue to support the market to prepare for their application to the HDOF, Hampshire County Council is inviting providers to complete a practice Business to Business (B2B) Assessment.
What is the Hampshire B2B Assessment?
A tool to assess suppliers capability to manage cyber security in alignment to national standard cyber security essentials. Suppliers are asked to complete a short questionnaire (based on their business size/type) comprised of multiple choice questions. The answers will provide them with instant feedback which illustrates where their practices are in line with our standards or where security improvements have been identified with a link to the National Cyber Security Centre website that aims to inform suppliers how to make the improvements to meet the standards we require. 
Why are suppliers being encouraged to practice on the B2B Assessment?
Suppliers will be expected to be data compliant with the live B2B assessment that will be issued as part of the HDOF question set when suppliers apply to the opportunity. Suppliers that do not meet the security requirements will not be accepted to the framework.

Interested providers should register (if not already registered) on the Council's e-tendering platform, In-Tend (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire/aspx/Home) and 'Express Interest' against the project AS26607 Hampshire Day Opportunities Framework (HDOF). The details of the practice B2B Assessment will then be visible to access.
