### Procurement Information

Due to the sale of land at North Weald Airfield, the Saturday and Bank Holiday Monday market would need to close as from the end of December 2025. In order to continue with operations, a temporary site on another part of the airfield has been identified and to enable the Market to operate for the short and medium term, a temporary car park surface is required to allow for this. Epping Forest DC has undertaken research to identify the best product and sought quotes from multiple suppliers, but there is not sufficient time available to run a full tender and meet the deadline in question.
