## Summary

Kings Heath Secondary School, located in Birmingham, United Kingdom, initiated a procurement process titled "Kings Heath Secondary School ~ Cleaning Tender" under a competitive flexible procedure as per the Procurement Act 2023. This contract presented business growth opportunities for firms looking to expand their market presence within educational institutions and offer value-driven cleaning solutions. While the procurement process was competitive, inviting up to eight suppliers for tender consideration, it promised a stable and potentially extendable business relationship with the school.
