## Summary

Radius Housing Association, located in Holywood, United Kingdom, has initiated a procurement process under the title "Planned Maintenance Contractor Framework." This procurement falls under the services category, targeting building and construction management services. The initiative aims to appoint contractors experienced in cyclical maintenance and multi-elemental improvement projects, with a total contract value estimated at £64 million. The process, governed by a competitive flexible procedure, is in the tender stage. Interested parties need to express their interest by 27th October 2025, with the tender expected to conclude by 2nd March 2026. The procurement encompasses two active lots: Lot 1 focuses on minor cyclical maintenance works, while Lot 2 deals with larger refurbishment projects.

This tender offers strong business growth prospects for construction and building management firms, particularly those equipped with expertise in the public sector's maintenance and refurbishment demands. The opportunities are well-suited for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that can engage in competitive bid procedures. With an initial framework period of 24 months and potential extensions, companies can secure long-term projects, enhancing their market presence. The strategic focus on both cyclical maintenance and significant improvement works allows businesses to participate in diverse project scales, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in bidding options.
