## Notice

The Council is aiming to procure a solution which will deliver and future proof the current functionality and additionally provide flexibility to exploit the use of new technology where this provides benefit to the business, in relation to Social Care and Education Case Management System As we are at the PME stage, this by is being advertised as an above threshold PME, however the results of the PME will determine the actual value.

### Planning Information

Please note this is a Preliminary Mart Engagement. It is not a formal invitation to tender. Supplier must complete a questionnaire and submit the responses by 09:00 hrs on 31st October 2025.
To enhance our understanding of the solutions currently available in the market and in addition to the submitted questionnaire, we may invite suitable suppliers (maximum of 10) to deliver an overview presentation of their solution and its functionality.
