## Summary

The Great Places Housing Group is initiating a procurement process for a Show Homes: Interior Design Framework, aimed at enhancing their show homes across the North West of England. This procurement is conducted under the open procedure and falls under the services industry category with a focus on interior design. The competitive flexible procedure involves two stages, aiming to select three suppliers for a framework agreement. The tender process is currently at the 'tender' stage, with key periods highlighted, including tender submission ending on 6th July 2026 and expected award by 7th August 2026. The contract is valued at approximately £1,700,000 and is expected to start on 21st August 2026, lasting until 20th August 2030.

This tender represents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in interior design services, particularly those familiar with managing large-scale projects and collaborative work across the specified regions. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are encouraged to participate, with the added advantage of a framework agreement providing additional project orders as and when required. Such opportunities are ideal for businesses with proven experience in similar settings, which can meet the technical and financial criteria, and are ready to contribute to the social value initiatives set by Great Places. Thus, this framework provides pathways for long-term business growth and expansion within the competitive housing and interior design market.
