We are proud to be the first local housing association to produce a Cohousing Strategy, which outlines how we plan to deliver cohousing schemes for older people In particular, we are keen to focus on areas of diverse ethnic backgrounds, where accessing quality, purpose-built housing can often be more of a challenge. With this in mind, we are seeking 'Expressions of Interest' (EOI) from experienced providers, preferably familiar with the Midlands area, with a proven capability of successfully delivering and reporting on the Social Value Impact on Co-Housing.
