## Notice

Triathlon Homes is undertaking a competitive tender process to appoint a supplier to deliver Housing Management Services. This process is being managed by Altair Ltd on behalf of Triathlon. Please note that this will conclude as a Triathlon contract and has no connection to Altair Ltd. The aim of this procurement process is to appoint one provider under a Management Agreement to carry out the management services as outlined in the pre market engagement document. The anticipated annual contract value is estimated at PS1,500,000 for the elements noted in the pre market engagement document. Resulting in an estimated contract value of the full term including extensions is PS105,000.00 including VAT (PS875,000 excluding VAT). The engagement process will be 3 stages. 1 - A survey with shaping questions will be sent to all interested parties 2 - Supplier completed questionnaires and feedback will be collated 3 - a full supplier day will take place

### Planning Information

Suppliers have the opportunity to express interest by registering interest through the procurement portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/southeastconsortium/aspx/Home Expression of Interest, the window for expressions of interest will be 15 Working Days following the date of publication. Following receipt of Expression of Interest, the Agent acting on behalf of the Contracting Authority, will distribute a questionnaire for completion. All interested Suppliers will then be given 10 Working Days to complete & upload the completed Questionnaire into the SEC Portal. Following the deadline for receipt of Questionnaires, the Agent & Contracting Authority, reserve the right to invite all Suppliers who Expressed & Interest to a Supplier feedback session either face to face or on MS Teams where feedback & comments can anonymously be discussed to inform & shape the upcoming procurement process.
