## Notice

Yorkshire Water intends to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of technical consultancy, engineering design, technical assurance, and specialist support services required to deliver its AMP8 investment programme (2025-2030). Health & Safety Assurance

H&S consultancy and assurance covering CDM compliance, site and system audits, HAZOP/HAZID and behavioural safety support. Suppliers will assess risk, advise on controls, and help drive continuous improvement in H&S performance.

Environmental Assurance

Environmental consultancy and assurance services, including regulatory advice, permitting support, audits/monitoring, impact assessments and net-zero/sustainability guidance. Suppliers will help ensure compliance and improve environmental outcomes.

Strategic Solutions Partner is needed to help address the varied delivery risks within Yorkshire Water's asset programme by providing strategic engineering consultancy, solution definition, and front end engineering design support. Example Services: * Strategic design and programme planning * Feasibility and optioneering studies * Business case development (Gateways 0-3) * Risk and value management support * Rapid mobilisation for urgent or reactive works
