Significant design work has been completed to RIBA 3. The contractor will need to act as Principal Contractor (CDM) and Principal Contractor and Principal Designer (Building Regulations). Start on site is expected in June/July 2026 with completion in November 2026, subject to works completion. The form of contract is JCT Design and Build 2024.
