## Summary

Brewood and Coven Parish Council has initiated an open tender process for the "Brewood Sports Ground Fencing" project. This procurement falls under the construction structures and materials category and seeks qualified contractors for the supply and installation of perimeter fencing at Brewood Sports Ground, Engleton Lane, Brewood. The fencing aims to enhance safety and security by demarcating the boundary of the sports ground. The tender, currently in the active stage, invites submissions by 13th November 2025. Key contract work is anticipated to commence on 1st January 2026 and conclude by the end of that month, contingent on successful grant applications and funding availability. Geographically, this opportunity spans across several UK regions, including but not limited to UKC, UKD, UKE, UKF, and UKG, with the legal framework grounded in the Procurement Act 2023.

This tender offers substantial business growth potential, particularly for SMEs specialising in fencing, construction materials, and sports ground infrastructure projects. Businesses with expertise in providing durable materials that meet British Standards, along with a track record of similar project execution, are well-positioned to compete. The opportunity requires a comprehensive proposal that includes material specifications, insurance documentation, and case studies of previous work. The emphasis on open competition, transparency, and value for money makes this an enticing prospect for contractors looking to expand their footprint within the public sector. This procurement is designed to promote competitive production methods and encourages diverse suppliers to ensure maximum public benefit and integrity in deliverables.
