## Summary

Cleveland Fire Authority is in the planning stage for procuring an Asset Management System, geared towards supporting their Digital Transformation Plan 2022 - 2026. The project is centred around a software package and information systems within the UK regions including UKC, UKD, UKE, UKF, UKG, UKH, UKI, UKJ, and UKK. A market engagement event is scheduled for the week commencing 3rd November 2025 in Hartlepool, with interested suppliers invited to express interest by 12pm on 24th October 2025. The procurement process will seek goods with a focus on enhancing various service areas such as fleet management, operational equipment, property asset, and ICT asset management.

This procurement presents a robust opportunity for software developers specialising in asset management systems, particularly those with a background in integrating comprehensive management solutions and electronic servicing interfaces. The tender is suitable for SMEs, encouraging smaller vendors with innovative solutions to participate. Businesses with expertise in fleet, equipment, and property management systems, as well as those experienced in emergency service sectors, will find this opportunity aligned with their capabilities. The engagement aims to identify suppliers capable of delivering user-friendly, integratively advanced systems, which could serve as a significant growth lever by establishing relationships with sub-central government entities.
