With a focus on sustainability and social value, it is particularly suited to businesses committed to delivering these aspects. The procurement will welcome submissions from SMEs and VCSEs, providing them with a level playing field to bid on projects ranging from simple minor works to complex major works, valued up to unlimited amounts over £15 million.
