To provide Physiotherapy Services for Chronic Fatigue. We are intending to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C. Approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS20,000 (PS10,000) pa. The dates in which the services are intended to be provided are 22/10/2025-21/10/2027

Options: One 12 month period.
