The system must support an administrator account, multiple project manager and linguist accounts, and enable seamless collaboration among in-house translators, sub-contractors, and bank translators working from various locations.Procurement Services undertook an Open Tender Procedure, with the tender going live on 10 October 2026 via the eTender Wales portal. All relevant notices were issued to Sell2Wales in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
