Given the nature of the contract, experienced hospice care providers, particularly those with facilities in the Plymouth area and an established capability in managing discharge to assess pathways, would find this tender beneficial. The awarded supplier, St Luke's Hospice Plymouth, exemplifies a candidate that meets key criteria such as quality care provision, efficient patient integration into local healthcare systems, and added social value. This tender is well-suited for large-scale providers with a strong focus on community integration and high-quality, compassionate care delivery standards.
