## Notice

The framework will encompass, but is not limited to, the following categories: * Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC): A range of products designed to support communication, varying in complexity to suit individual requirements. * Environmental Control (EC): Devices that empower individuals with significant physical disabilities to maintain or regain independence within their home environment. * Access Devices: Tools that simplify and improve interaction with other technologies. * Mounting Solutions: Equipment used to securely attach devices to furniture or other fixtures. * Telehealth: Remote monitoring solutions to support patient wellbeing, including fall detection systems. * Medicines Management: Products that assist in the administration and dispensing of medication. * Telehealth Services, Maintenance & Support: Ongoing support services for telehealth systems. * Electronic Assistive Technology Services, Maintenance & Support: Support services for electronic assistive technologies. * Lone Worker Safety Solutions: Devices and systems designed to monitor and ensure the safety of individuals working alone. Note: For future tenders the following requirements will apply: * ISO Certification: Tenderers must have ISO 9001: 2015 or BS EN ISO 13485:2016 or Medical Device Single Audit Program (MDAP) accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (or international equivalent) to cover all segments of the Tenderer's and the product's supply chain. This should include, but not be limited to, sales, manufacturing, storage and distribution ('ISO Certification').
