### Lot Information

Security Stewarding, Guarding Theatres - Lot

Bradford Theatres requires the provision of a range of stewarding/security services for indoor events at all four of its entertainment venues. The range of services required include: Safety Stewards, SIA Licensed Guards, SIA Licensed Security, Front of Stage Pit Management and Pit Teams, SIA Supervisors and SIA Managers. It is expected the successful Supplier shall work with the Authority to adhere to the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 1 - also known as Martyn's Law which came into effect 04/04/2025. The services delivered under this contract are to be provided by experienced, fully trained staff in the services they are providing, and in accordance with the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) guidelines, BS 7858 (security screening of individuals employed in a security environment, and/or equivalent), BS 7499 Static Guarding. Renewal: 4.1 It is anticipated that the contract will be for a total contract period of 5 years including extensions, this is based on an initial 2-year term with the option to extend the contract twice based on 1 x 2-year extension period and 1 x 1-year extension period for each Lot, subject to performance and negotiation of costs. The initial contact period shall be a firm cost.

Security Stewarding, Guarding Ad-hoc Indoor and Outdoor Events - Lot 2

The City of Bradford Metropolitan Council are seeking a contractor to provide Security Stewarding, Guarding Ad-hoc Indoor and Outdoor Events requirements to cover indoor and outdoor events and polling stations with the requirement fluctuating during the contract term. All security personnel must hold a valid in date Security Industry Authority (SIA) License Guards must be trained in Action Counter Terrorism (ACT) and See Check & Notify (SCaN) methodologies.
