## Summary

The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime is currently in the planning stage of a tender titled "Professional Services Framework 2 - Market Engagement". This procurement process falls under the industry category of services, specifically within architectural design, engineering, construction project management, and quantity surveying within the construction industry. The process is located in the UK, with London being the central point of contact. Interested parties must submit a Supply Market Feedback Questionnaire by 31 October 2025, providing insight ahead of the competitive flexible procedure expected to begin with a tender notice in early 2026. The estimated contract value is around £50 million, and the framework is expected to commence in July 2026, with the potential to extend beyond its initial four-year duration up to 2032.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for businesses involved in construction-related professional services, particularly those providing architecture, engineering, project management, and surveying. Companies within these sectors can leverage this framework to expand their portfolios by collaborating with the Metropolitan Police Service. By engaging in the preliminary market engagement phase, businesses have the chance to influence the framework’s structure and, subsequently, align their offerings to meet the Metropolitan Police Service's expectations and requirements. The competitive nature of this framework can stimulate business growth for participants by granting access to long-term high-value projects within the public sector.
