## Summary

Post Office Limited is currently in the planning stage for its Identity & Access Management (IDAM) Transformation Programme, focusing on modernising its cybersecurity measures across multiple domains. This tender, under the industry category of information technology services, is located in the United Kingdom and forms part of a significant procurement process valued at approximately £4.5 to £5 million, although only £800,000 has received formal funding approval as of now. This opportunity is being conducted as a Further Competition within the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Technology Services 3 Framework Agreement (RM6100) under LOT 1 - Technology Strategy & Service Design and LOT 2 - Transition & Transformation. Interested bidders must submit their completed Expression of Interest and Capability Assessment Questionnaire by 31st October 2025, with clarifications due by 27th October 2025.

The IDAM Transformation Programme offers significant business growth opportunities for companies specialising in information technology services with a focus on cybersecurity. This tender is particularly suited for businesses already part of the CCS Technology Services 3 Framework, especially those experienced in technology strategy, service design, and transformation. Companies with the capability to deliver outcome-based IDAM solutions will find this procurement process highly advantageous, as it seeks to establish a shortlist of potential suppliers for a formal Initial Invitation to Tender (IIT). Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can also benefit, as the contract allows for their eligibility to participate within the specified framework. Successful bidders stand to enhance their market presence by supporting a high-profile organisation’s cyber security maturity initiatives.
