Delivery Partner for the North Lincolnshire Selective Licensing

### Procurement Information

The introduction of the scheme has been delayed due to judicial review, we now need to deliver the scheme with landlords and agents needing to make their applications ahead of the Go Live date of the 6th October. Any property owner who has failed to licence after that date will have committed a criminal offence and whilst we can choose not to enforce against them, technically they are in breach of the requirement to be licenced. There is therefore an extreme urgency to have the delivery partner in place.
