## Notice

Border to Coast is seeking a strategic recruitment partner to support permanent and interim resourcing for senior and specialist roles, including senior investment positions and high- level appointments, such as Executives and Non-Executive Directors. As a growing organisation (currently 187 employees) with a small HR team, Border to Coast need a partner who can act as an extension of the HR team, providing expertise, flexibility, and innovation to help Border to Coast attract and retain exceptional talent. Border to Coast is not bound to award the contract to any provider following this procurement exercise. Should a contract be entered into, it will be on a non-exclusive basis, meaning Border to Coast may procure for the same position through a different route or supplier outside of this contract. ### Planning Information

Border to Coast is reviewing its recruitment delivery model for Investment roles and is conducting soft market testing to understand current market capabilities, approaches, and innovations in recruitment services. This exercise will help us determine whether to move forward with a multi-supplier framework and we are speaking to multiple suppliers for their feedback.
We are seeking input from potential suppliers on the following key requirements and areas of interest:
- Regional Reach (We are based in Leeds, and require suppliers to demonstrate effective candidate sourcing beyond London and Edinburgh. We are particularly interested in your ability to engage with investment management talent in Yorkshire and the North of England. or interested in relocating or commuting)
