## Summary

International Nuclear Services Limited is currently in the planning stage of a procurement process for "Bunker Supply and Associated Services," underlining their role as a public authority within the sub-central government sector. This tender focuses on the supply of bunker fuel required by Nuclear Transport Solutions, part of the UK's Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, to support their PNTL fleet globally. Prospective suppliers should note that the procurement involves ship refuelling services, commodity brokerage, and compliance with ISO marine fuel standards. The engagement process will include a briefing webinar expected to be held on 13th November 2025, with feedback to be submitted by 28th November 2025. The contract, estimated at a maximum of £15 million over five years, is set to start on 22nd June 2026, and will cover delivery locations such as the UK and Japan.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses in the fuel supply and brokerage industry, especially those capable of delivering high-quality marine fuel solutions. Companies specialising in ship refuelling services and those familiar with commodity brokerage would find this opportunity suited to their capabilities. This engagement exercise actively seeks input from a range of market operators, including bunker suppliers and traders. With competitive participation, businesses can look to expand their reach within the nuclear transport industry's niche market, fostering substantial growth and the potential for long-term contracts.
