## Notice

Trent & Dove Housing is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to deliver the servicing, maintenance, and reactive repair of door entry and associated security systems across its housing stock. The scope of this procurement includes the inspection, testing, planned preventative maintenance, and responsive repairs for the following equipment types: Door entry and access control systems (audio/visual, single and multi-block) Door closers and assisted opening systems Automatic gates, barriers, and powered doors Closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems Warden call systems Intruder alarm systems Associated electrical and control components The appointed service provider will be responsible for ensuring that all systems remain fully operational and compliant with current British Standards, statutory requirements, and Trent & Dove's internal compliance framework.
