The requirement covers the management and administration of the Custodial Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme and providing an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. Concessionary contract values are calculated based on estimated revenues - the current estimate for this scheme is circa PS1.4BN for the initial 5 year duration of the contract, however this is an indicative figure only, and the actual value shall be subject to a number of variable factors. The Department shall also be hosting 1-2-1 online engagement sessions with MHCLG officials in w/c 16th March, Wednesday and Thursday at 10am - 11am, 12noon - 1pm and 3pm - 4pm on each of these days. Also in w/c 23rd March Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 10am-11am, 12noon-1pm and 3pm-4pm on each of these days. If you wish to attend a session, please send your 1st, 2nd and 3rd preferences for a date and time via email to CommercialTenders@communities.gov.uk no later than 5 working days before the proposed date. Due to capacity constraints, 1-2-1 slots are limited and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.
