The East Riding of Yorkshire Council manages and controls approximately 617 LEV, AHU and KVS systems across 115 sites located throughout the County, of various sizes and complexity. The contract scope of work includes carrying out planned inspection and servicing, maintenance works to the systems; repairs, installs, upgrades and modifications to ensure that systems meet operational and safety standards and the provision of a 24/7 call out service for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in the East Riding of Yorkshire within the prescribed times to undertake repairs to LEV, AHU and KVS systems.
