The services to be delivered under contract are: * Refuge accommodation, women's only refuge, men's only refuge, specialist drug and alcohol refuge and a specialist multi-cultural/diversity refuge across 47 units of accommodation; bed spaces. * Therapeutic group work with adult survivors; * Therapeutic group work with children and young people including play therapy; * Counselling service; * Children's and Young people's outreach support including a CHIDVA (Children's IDVA); * Floating support/outreach, community based; * Information and Advice - Helpline; * Awareness raising training * Housing IDVAs; * Sanctuary Scheme; * No recourse to public funds * By and for service to supporting diverse communities including harmful practices and training.
