## Summary

The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea is currently in the planning stage for a borough-wide procurement of responsive repairs, voids, and adaptations works. This initiative, under the public authority sub-central government classification, addresses a wide range of repair and maintenance services for council homes and communal areas within London’s UKI33 region. Interested parties are invited to engage in a preliminary market engagement by expressing interest through the designated portal by noon on 28th November 2025. The framework, valued at £136 million over an eight-year timeframe (initially four years with the potential for four more), is expected to commence mobilisation in early 2027 with the award anticipated by the end of 2026.

This tender presents substantial business growth opportunities, particularly for firms specialising in repair and maintenance services, including those with expertise in damp & mould management, roofing, drainage, and mechanical and electrical works. Companies capable of offering comprehensive solutions and looking for long-term partnerships in a public sector setting will find this tender particularly advantageous. The successful suppliers will benefit from a framework agreement, providing stability and sustained engagement over the contract term. Businesses positioned to provide innovative solutions and services are encouraged to participate in the market engagement to shape the procurement strategy effectively.
