NS&I has been considering the use of Enterprise Data Management at a strategic enterprise-wide level, and has determined that there may be significant benefit to adopting a single common EDM tool, and asking all of our strategic suppliers to utilise this platform. At present, NS&I does not have a singular view of which of the EDM tools on the market it may have a preference for. Therefore this RFI process is being conducted, to help NS&I understand the solutions that may be available. The RFI will be conducted during November, with a view to NS&I being able to express a preference for an EDM tool before the end of the year. For the avoidance of doubt, this is not a formal public tender process and will not result in the award of a contract (or contracts) by NS&I. This process is an RFI for information purposes only, intended to help NS&I understand, and form a view on, the solutions available on the market.
