This convenor will provide strategic oversight and direction for the development of Community Power approaches in Harlesden & Kensal Green, Stonebridge and Roundwood. As part of the Council's Embrace Change Portfolio's 'Radical Place Leadership' programme and Harlesden pilot, the Council, alongside key partners, is seeking to test out new approaches to Community Power and capacity building within the local voluntary sector.
