  The purpose of publishing this UK10 form is to enable GLA to meet its obligations under section 77 of the Procurement Act 2023 to publish modifications which were first notified in the Contract Change Notice published as 2025/S 000-073454 under OCID ocds-h6vhtk-05dad9 on 13 November 2025 at 11:11am (the "CCN"). The need to publish a separate UK10 form containing these modifications is due to the limitations of the Find a Tender Service platform at the time of publication, which mean it has not been possible to attach these modifications to the CCN to which they relate. The sole purpose of publishing this new UK10 form is to satisfy GLA's section 77 obligations. No new modifications are being notified by this notice and it therefore should not be treated as involving or comprising the publication of any new contract change notice under section 75 of the Procurement Act 2023.
