## Notice

The Council requires a suitably experienced Contractor(s) to: Lot 1 - Service, repair and install ceiling track and mobile hoists throughout the Bradford District. The hoists will be located within a variety of properties throughout the district, including domestic properties and communal Homes Lot 2 - Service, repair ceiling track, mobile hoists, shower/changing trollies, pool side lifts, Hi-Lo baths, bath lifts, Manga & Raizer Lifters throughout the Bradford District. The Equipment will be located within a variety of properties throughout the district, including residential homes, leisure centres and respite centres. Contractors can apply for one or both lots.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

Renewal: The duration of the Contract will be for an initial period of two (2) years with an option, at the sole discretion of the Authority, to extend the Contract three times. Initially for 12 months, then a further 12 months then a final 6 month period. The decision to extend the contract each time will be based on a satisfactory contract performance of the appointed supplier(s) and the Authority still having the need and funding for the arrangement and the Contract continuing to provide Best Value.
