We look forward to building productive and successful relationships with our selected Suppliers following the conclusion of this process. ### Planning Information Northern Trains Limited ('NTL') is seeking early engagement with interested Suppliers ahead of launching two separate tendering activities: Station Painting Contract Platform Lining Contract A virtual Pre Market Engagement session will take place on the 27th of November 2025 at 10:00am via Microsoft Teams. This session will include a presentation from the Project Manager and Procurement Team, outlining the scope of the upcoming procurements and key requirements. The Market Engagement session will cover both contracts, and it is recommended for Suppliers to attend the session even if they are only interested in one. The session will provide insight into the following areas: - Specification - Locations - Procurement Timelines NTL will also seek feedback on: - Contracting Model - Subcontracting - Pricing Structure - Commercial Terms Following the session, attending suppliers will receive a short questionnaire to gather feedback on the proposed approach.
