Interested parties should note that further expressions of interest should be submitted by 5 December 2025. The framework is set to commence on 1 October 2026 and run through to 30 September 2029, with a possibility of renewal up to 2031.

Organisations involved in creative, personal development, and community-based activities such as arts, sports, and life skills training are especially well-suited to participate. With a focus on delivering targeted and specialist support, the framework encourages a wide range of providers to engage and contribute to enhancing the quality of life for the children and families in Havering, thereby enabling business growth through social impact.
