This contract is to provide a child with complex needs 24/7 care. The award has been made under PSR Process A. The lifetime value of the contract will be PS300,000 if no options are triggered and PS900,000 if all options are triggered. The services will be provided from 01/11/2025 - 31/01/2026 if no options are triggered and until 31/07/2026 if all options are triggered.

Options: 6x1 Month extension options.
